Holiday memorabilia

Hi there
My title should read "what do you do with holiday memorabilia?".
This is what I do

We kept all of our favourite cards, receipts and tags and yes plastic coffee spoons. So I just stuck them all down on a 12x12 piece of card-stock. I also took, stole, borrowed, lent a couple of envelopes from the hotel, in this one I have put more receipts and anything I thought we may want to look back on. I have added a bit of washi tape here and there and that's it 'easy peasy'.

I also had to document one of the scariest hours of our lives

Again I stuck everything down on a 12x12 piece of cardstock and used the envelope as my journaling card. Inside the envy is more journaling and more newspaper articles. I have also attached a photo of a text I sent to one of my friends.

These two pages will be put in my Project Life album as inserts to week 15 which is finished so really I am finally up to date with PL. I do want to do two more 12x12 lay outs of Penang for week 15 but I am not stressed to get them done and of course there is always last week to start.

Joe spent half of Tuesday in the kitchen here is what he made.

OMG it was amazing
Here he is, so proud, he actually whooped for joy and did a little dance when he took it out of the mould, he then experimented making toffee string.

And yes it tasted as good as it looks.

Of to see what you have all been up to.
Xxx

Linda, can we borrow Joe? I promise we'll return him (maybe) lol Great idea, all my holiday memorabilia is put in a box & forgotten! I can't begin to imagine how frightening it must have been to experience an earthquake of that magnitude *shudder* Have a lovely weekend x

Love what you've done with your holiday memorabilia! Mine just gets shoved in a bag and put at the top of my wardrobe.

Joe seems to be doing really, really well. Has he got his Thermomix yet?
