Hi there
yes i am still here, my new specs haven't arrived yet but here is another reason why there has been no craft in my house.
this is my craft room currently
and here is the rest of it in our garage
and gosh you don't realise how much stuff you actually have until you have to move it all. So the main bathroom has been finished and looks amazing, the painters hopefully will finish today but i still wont be able to get my craft room back as new carpet has to be laid and we wont get that done until the ensuite is finished-hopefully in another week.
Now onto other things
i bought this cookbook-
about three years ago to make some yummy pudding the kids and i had seen her make on telly
so its taken me three years to make it but here it is
oh yum yum yum
Caramel Croissant pudding.
now i am not a lover of bread and butter pudding (actually i hate it) but this is in a class of its own and very easy to make and very caramelly and YUM that's the only way to describe it.
i am feeling like i need to make at least one card so hopefully i can go and unearth some supplies and make them on the kitchen table.
and ahem-Andrew and Joe spent about
ahh the painter has just kindly bought me my April Cocoa Daisy kit which was left at the front door so i am going to make a cup of "George" and take delight in opening my package.
happy monday
Linda

So glad to have you back in blog land. That little piece of yummy-ness looks divine. I am a huge fan of bread & butter pudding but honestly can't say when I had it last. Must be time to have some.
Love me :-)
Ah enjoy Linda. we have had a tradesman here all day and no power until now. The pudding sounds delish.
That pudding looks 'to-die-for'.
Can't wait to see the final pictures of the renovations!
I don't know that I have ever tasted bread and butter pudding? Anything with caramel is worth a try though :) I bet you can't wait to have the renos finished...what a hassle! At least you have some new yummy goodies to play with now...just don't give yourself a headache in the process :)
Your pudding sounds delicious - and a nice twist on an old favourite. Sounds like your renovations are progressing well - you won't know yourself when you get everything back in your craft room. Hope the glasses arrive soon:)
Hello Linda! I love Nigella, especially her express recipies! I am still opening boxes and finding more stuff... and have nowhere to put it! Hope those specs come soon! That pudding really looks like it needs eating! YUM! X

That pudding looks so delicious.
Now that looks sinfully decadent! Wish I could reach into my computer and grab some of it LOL!
I know it's hard to wait but your craftroom will be gorgeous when complete!
A new craft room is definitely worth the wait Linda. Looking forward to seeing lots of shots when it is done.
