Remember this?

Hellooooo

do you remember this?

Well it now looks like this

Those colours are so me.
and here it is in its new home
Very simply quilted by machine and apart from the Sashiko in the middle all of it was made from fabrics in my stash so you have to love that.
Going now to get started on another quilty type project, gosh this is fun.

So pretty! I am in awe, I so wish I could sew, let alone quilt! This is lovely and I am ashamed to say I can't believe I wasn't following your blog until now. Glad I finally made it over, I am loving it here! :) Andrea

I want that! You do the most amazing work with fiber and fabric! Do you ever sell your stuff? You should! I have a quilt that my stepmom made for me and she had it appraised. It was worth over $2,000. The time and effort and skill that goes into that type of project is monumental. But what I love about quilts is thinking of all the hours and moments the quilter spent working on it, and what a huge part of their life was devoted to this quilt. PRecious!
