Lots and Lots (Jenni look at this one)

On Friday I was very spoilt by the lovely Janelle who made me a loosing weight/well done/keep going present. Janelle knows that I have wanted to make a bag for a long time and kindly offered to make one with me but we never seem to get the time. So she did the next greatest thing and made one for me isn't it gorgeous. Thanks Janelle its all packed and ready for work tomorrow. Here are a couple of pics of our Anzac day. Some of the cadets before the march (Joe is that rather tall one in the middle)
A very proud/emotional dad pinning on my dads medals. Last year Joe wanted to wear the medals but my dad said "I'm not dead yet", my how much can happen in a year. I write this not to shock you but to try and get the importance of Anzac day to us. My dad always marched and we always went and watched. Joe knows the significance of what that meant and he is proud to wear them and be able to march on behalf of my dad.

Jen this next one is for you (don't cringe when you look at it).
Now here is a LO using some of my new Stampin Up products and i am proud to say that it is scraplifted straight from the SU Autumn catalogue. When i saw it i knew that i just had to have the stamps (ha) and the paper and everything else. The photo is of Jenni and me when we went to Hong Kong, yes, yes, yes i know many years ago. My we had a ball.

and here is a card i made for a friends husband 50th. You guessed it, it was a cowboy theme party. The card is along the lines of one i made for my nephew a couple of posts ago but i find this one really great for male cards. Plus its made entirely with the cricut.

Believe it or not i had more photos to share but cant put anymore in this post. Aren't you lucky.
Well I had better go and cook dinner everyone is hungry and i haven't started anything. Ribs tonight.
Have a good one
xx

I'm glad you love your bag, it was a pleasure to make it for you sweetie.
What an honour for Joe to wear your Dad's medals, he looked very handsome.

You must be so proud of Joe - it is wonderful to see the younger generation embrace the ANZAC tradition. Love your new bag - Janelle is such a sweetie and her bags are gorgeous. Love the picture of you and Jenni in Hong Kong - I went there with my friend in 1984 (our hairstyles look similar!)

What a very proud day for your family Linda, although I'm sure it was tinged with much sadness too...the "firsts" are always the hardest :(
Loving your LO...great hair!! Male cards are so hard...I have one to make tonight, and am NOT looking forward to it! Maybe I'll scraplift your design :)
